The website allows the reservation of hotels in
Italy and in a lot of European and international countries.
Reservations can be booked with an instant confirmation (instant reservation) or on demand , in this case our operators would give the confirmation of the availability and price to the client by email, after having called the selected facility.
The services that are given are always verified by our operators that can support our clients in the best choice for their stay. Credit card transactions are safe and protected and always occurred on the servers of the Italian banking network. Credit card data are not administered/archived by the application tools of T&T Tour and Travel Srl, instead by the ones of the convention bank (Banca Sella).
The client for each reservation should seek the applied conditions of modification/cancelling, as the system link them to the reserved facility through the booking code.
The instant booking allows to immediately define the reservation; in such a way the system transmits the details of the client and the during of his stay, requested to the selected facility (hotel) and booking the room. The system, in order to carry out the reservation needs the client’s details and the ones of the credit card. The reservation is confirmed as soon as the system verifies the credit card and its availability for the amount that has to be paid. The debit on the credit card of the total amount of the reservation occurs within 5 days from the day of the reservation. The system operates in maximum safety for the administration of the credit card details, in fact these ones are put on the servers of the convention bank (Banca Sella) and they are not administrated/filed by T&T Tour and Travel Srl, that is the website manager. The communication with the server/technology of the convention bank occurs through a safe and cryptografic protocol (https) The client will receive in his email the confirmation voucher of the reservation. This voucher should be presented to the facility at the arrival (check-in). The voucher will contain even the phone number of the booked facility, that can be used, if necessary, before the arrival. Reservation on demand...
The reservation on demand allows to ask, trough our operators, to the chosen facility (hotel) the availability for the chosen period of time. Our operators, as soon as have received the answer of the facility send it to the client, by email, together with the requested price. The client, if decides to confirm the reservation, has to pay the total price of the reservation. Modifications and cancelling of the reservations...
Modification and cancelling of the reservation with instant confirmation... There is no penalty for the revocation or modification within 18.00 of 10 days (40 for reservation concerning Fair periods) before the date of arrival (Italian time). If there is a revocation before these bound we will refund the deposit, costs deducted (15% of the deposit, for a minimum of 10 €).
For possible modification before these bounds we recalculate and adjust accordingly the price to pay.
If the amount has already been paid and it is higher that the one owed, it would be refund the difference, costs deducted (15% of the difference, for a minimum of 10 €); if the amount already been paid is lower than the owed one, the difference would be immediately integrated. For the modifications/cancelling beyond the above mentioned bounds it would been given no refund.
